Where are clothes made for Bird's Nest Studios?
Humanitarian causes are important to us here in the Nest. We don’t support child labor or sweat shop working conditions. Our clothing is made on the American continents.
How long does it take to get my order?
Our clothes are made to order and it takes sometimes up to three weeks for items to ship, sometimes as few as one week. We know three weeks is a long time and we are working on it, we promise! We’re currently putting together our own manufacturing team in the U.S. and one day want to be able to put Made in the U.S.A. on our label! It’s in the works!
How often do you add new items to the shop?
So far, we’ve been designing seasonally, but the goal is to be adding new things all the time now. Stay tuned for yoga mats coming soon and t-shirts and hoodies for a men’s line as well. Ladies, never fear, we’ll have t’s for you too.
Are all the designs made by Kristin Schaeffer?
Right now, Kristin is the only designer creating for Bird’s Nest Studios, but from time to time we may feature products by other artists as well. You’ll notice other logos with “Bird’s Nest and Co.” added on. That’s an indicator that the product is by a guest artist.
What if I'm not satisfied with my purchase? Can I return it?
Absolutely! If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you receive, please contact us for a full refund and we will provide you with a return shipping label. Box it up and ship it back on us. Our policy is full refund within 14 days of receipt of the item. After 14 days we will consider partial refunds, or exchanges.
